Sisterhood(verb) is a private community platform for women to connect, create, and practice sisterhood. The Service is operated by Tayllor Oyewole-Davis ("we," "us," or "our") and is accessible at community.sisterhoodverb.com and through our mobile application.
To use Sisterhood(verb), you must:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including if we believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at sisterhoodverb@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create more than one account, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another person.
Free Membership: Access to the community feed, up to 2 Circles, and community events at no charge.
Founding Membership: Available to the first 50 members who join using a founding member link. Founding members receive full access to all features at no charge for the lifetime of their membership, as long as their account remains in good standing.
Paid Membership (coming soon): Premium tiers with additional features will be available in the future. Paid members will be billed on a recurring basis. Cancellation policies will be outlined at the time paid tiers are introduced.
We reserve the right to modify membership pricing and features with reasonable notice to members.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice and at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Sisterhood(verb). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all content you post, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We do not claim ownership of your original writing, poetry, or creative work. Your words are yours.

If your account is terminated for a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund of any paid membership fees. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may contact us at sisterhoodverb@gmail.com to appeal.
The Sisterhood(verb) name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express written permission.
Sisterhood(verb) is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of other members.
The content shared in Sisterhood(verb) is for community connection purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sisterhood(verb) and Tayllor Oyewole-Davis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at sisterhoodverb@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify members through the app or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Barbara County, California.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sisterhood(verb) regarding your use of the Service.
